Broadgate has acquired five light industrial properties in Eskilstuna with a total lettable area of approx. 11,000 sqm.
Broadgate has divested a property in Uppsala
Broadgate Bostadsporten has successfully divested a grocery property in central Uppsala. Through active asset- and project management, a new zoning plan for the property has been approved by the municipality with approx. 10,000 sqm residential building rights.
New landmark including 290 apartments in prime location
Broadgate Bostadsporten has received building permit to start development in central Gävle. The property will include four buildings with a total of 290 efficient and sustainable apartments which will be certified with Miljöbyggnad Silver.
