Broadgate has together with partners acquired a prime logistics asset in an off-market deal. The logistics property is situated in Örebro, Sweden’s third most important logistics hub. In addition to the highly secure income the asset offers, it also comes with the opportunity to develop further logistics space into a market which continues to be underpinned by a strong supply demand imbalance.
